It’s important to start detoxification, getting rid of toxins from our body. Our body’s metabolism does that process, but in everyday life we are exposed to so many chemical hazards from air, food and environment. Fasting or doing juice cleanses are ways to detox our body.
2. Sleep
Getting at least 6-8 hours of a sleep a day will make our skin healthier. Having a good night’s sleep is also important because growth hormones are working during that time. Growth hormones renew the old cells of our body, including the skin cell. Our skin will look fresher and younger if we have enough sleep.
3. Food
Eating healthy and nutritious foods everyday will make our body fit, slim and also look younger. Try to eat more fish instead of red meat. Foods with fiber, vegetables, fruits, and supplements are important foods to consume. Drink less coffee and other caffeinated beverages.
4. Exercise
Through routine exercise, we will feel happier, more energetic, and more confident. Exercise increases our bone density and muscle mass which can make our body look 15-20 years younger. Beside aerobic exercise like walking and swimming, going to the gym to do lifting exercises is important as well.

When we are relaxed, our face will look younger. Stress and worries appear on our face. If we can manage our stress and feel at peace, our face will look younger and more attractive.

A positive mind brings happiness to your life. Negative thoughts tend to bring failure and can make you look older. Meditation is one way to create positive thoughts.
7. Medical Check-up
Just like a car, our body also needs attention and care so it can work well everyday. Having routine medical checkups is important to catch diseases as soon as possible.
8. Active Life
Always try to be active during your daily life. Activities can increase health; and if you are in your elder age, your memory will increase too.
9. Social Life
Having a happy social life can increase your spirit, bring peaceful mind, and make you feel and look younger. Communicating with our friends, family, neighbors, colleagues, and others can bring happiness to you, which in turn makes you look younger.
