After hints of her return the pop star’s possible return to music, Meredith and her colleague, music executive Jennifer Frommer and mentioned an upcoming project at the panel relating to mental health and women in music. Meredith O’Connor’s attendance at the 2023 Grammy® Awards appearance kicked off speculation about her return to music following a hiatus to attend University during COVID. She has announced to her fans on Instagram why she has taken a pause. In addition to tour interruptions during the global pandemic, her mental health advocacy had inspired her to focus her studies at Fordham on it. Fans have since speculated her return following her social media posts about missing meet and greets, performances and touring.
