During Thursday’s episode of The Kardashians, Kourtney Kardashian told her children (on speaker) that Travis Barker proposed. Their reaction would shock you.
Travis popped the question on the beach in Montecito, for the surprise moment with help from Kourtney’s mom, Kris Jenner. After Kourtney said yes and celebrated the engagement with loved ones, she decided to call her children , Mason, Penelope, and Reign to tell them the exciting news.
Kourtney FaceTimed daughter Penelope and told her about the proposal, with sister Kim K on the sofa. “Do you want to know what my surprise was?” she asked Penelope, before announcing, “We got engaged!” Penelope, who cried and asked Kourtney to “hang up” the phone did not take the news well.
“Penelope took it hard,” Kourtney shared later. “I think it’s a big change for her, and even though she loves Travis I think she doesn’t know what that means. You know, like, is that taking me away? I think she just doesn’t know what it means.”
