The reality star made the revelation in a teaser for Hulu series “The Kardashians“
Kourtney has revealed she wants a baby with fiancé Travis Barker and in the new series that is exactly what she attempts to do… at any cost. IVF is usually used by women struggling to conceive naturally, and it involves the retrieval of eggs from the ovaries, which are then fertilized by sperm in a lab, before being transferred into the uterus.
‘The medication that they’ve been giving me, they put me into menopause,’ she added. ‘Literally into menopause.’

Many women who are preparing to undergo IVF will be given one or more forms of fertility drug by their doctor, which are used to trigger the release of hormones that then stimulate egg production.
Kourtney didn’t go into detail as to whether or not she was still feeling the symptoms or going through the process. However instagram fans didn’t take lightly to it as they judged her for her weight gain. Being cruel publicly and humiliating her has made her feel even more emotional going through this process.
