  1. Exercise routine

Physical activity or exercise is very vital and important. It keeps a person fit. One should set a routine for their exercise. Exercise will improve balance, flexibility, and body strength. It will decrease stress and anxiety. Your mental health will work properly and it will have a pleasant effect on your mood.  It will help in increasing self-esteem and self-confidence.

  • Enough Sleep

Getting enough sleep is often linked to strong immune system functioning. If immune system works properly you will be away from diseases and will be healthy. Enough sleep is a vital part of living healthy lifestyle habits. Researches argue that at least 8 hours sleep is necessary and they are of the view that less sleep may increase the chances of heart attack.

  • Avoid smoking

Smoking as all know is injurious to health. Smoking should be avoided. It can lead to serious physical and mental health issues. One should try to avoid getting close to smoke or even to a person smoking. Smoking nearly harms every organ of the human body. It comprises tobacco which not only affects your lungs but the entire body.

  • Avoid alcohol

One should not consume alcohol, which leads to diseases like stroke, hypertension, and cancer. Avoid such parties and social gatherings where alcohol is served. Drinking too much alcohol increases your risk for many health issues, including high blood pressure, obesity, stroke, breast cancer, liver disease, depression, suicide, accidents, alcohol abuse, and alcoholism. It can also damage the immune system.

  • Healthy eating

There should be a balance of the diet. According to researchers, a person must take three meals a day. One should avoid eating in a larger portion for dinner. Eating fresh fruits and vegetables which are a good source of minerals and vitaminsare also essential. Meals that have many fats should be avoided as it may increase cholesterol levels. A simple walk after eating is advisable.

  • Increasing water consumption

Water keeps you hydrated which is very essential for your body to function properly. It helps in weight loss, it flushes out toxin materials from our body, and it improves our skin complexion. Water increases energy, and it helps in digestion, creation of saliva, and transportation of nutrients.  It helps you think, focus and concentrate and keeps you more alert

  • Healthy lifestyle habits

No matter how busy life gets, one should eat the same balanced food. One should give himself a break on the weekend and should give time to his family. It’s a good habit to have a weekend outside with family. It has a healthy effect on the mind’s whole body too.It is rightly said that create healthy habits, not restrictions.
