On Monday, the pop singer posted a photo on her Instagram page along with a caption about her latest vacation to Maui. Blaming her big belly to a lot of food..hinting it may not be food. The fans were going crazy all day!

“I lost so much weight to go on my Maui trip only to gain it back … I thought ‘Geez … what happened to my stomach ???’ My husband said ‘No you’re food pregnant silly !!!’ So I got a pregnancy test,” Spears wrote, “and uhhhhh well … I am having a baby …”

Asghari later posted an Instagram that referenced her post but did not confirm or deny….saying…

“Marriage and kids are a natural part of a strong relationship filled with love and respect. Fatherhood is something i have always looked forward to and i don’t take lightly. It is the most important job i will ever do” he captioned a painting of a lion family.

Spears shares two children, Sean Preston, 16, and Jayden James, 15, with ex-husband Kevin Federline. This will be her third unless she has twins. She recently fought for her rights in court to have her IUD removed. Spears stated that she wished for a third child.

Spears showed off her round-cut diamond via Instagram this past Sunday in a cute video where Asghari kissed her hand.

Spears captions the video with, “May the birthday celebrations begin for my wonderful fiancé … I love him so much !!! My hero … my mentor … my rock … my bliss … my love !!! I hope you get everything and more for your birthday !!!” 

The footage was taken on a private jet and showed Asghari kissing the singer’s hand, smiling, and choking on his coffee, making the star giggle.

Spears stated that the ring was on her right hand because “we don’t follow the rules!”

Asghari turns 28 this Friday, and ahead of his birthday, he posted a sexy video on his Instagram of the two kissing in a luxurious pool with the caption “Island love with the lioness @britneyspears.”

For years Britney has accused Jamie of abusing his power as conservator of her estate. She has reported that he is controlling almost every aspect of her life, but not with her best interests in mind.

Jamie has been accused of using Britney’s wealth for his own gain, taking money from her estate. He’s been getting paid $16,000 a month since 2009 and gets a percentage of Britney’s revenue from her Las Vegas residency. Earlier this summer, Britney revealed some strange conditions she has been forced to comply with. One is that she is not allowed to take out her IUD, a form of birth control or have her boyfriend drive her in the car.

“Although it is common for managers, agents, and other industry professionals to receive a percentage of an artist’s earnings, Mr. Spears is none of those. He is a conservator and, as a conservator, his role is to be burdened by, rather than benefit from, the conservatorship,” the filing said.

While Jamie agreed to be removed from the conservatorship, this isn’t the end quite yet.

According to court documents, Jamie Spears’ lawyers say there is no actual ground for his removal that it is “highly debatable whether a change in conservator at this time would be in Ms. Spears’ best interests.”

Before he leaves the conservatorship, court documents stated that he will first need to get approved the so-called Twelfth Account – financials from the year 2019 and finish the accounting of the estate.

Here’s the problem, the accounting matters described in the court document can take years to resolve, since they are not a high priority for the court.

This leaves us with no clear timeline of when he would actually resign.

According to legal documents obtained from a court filing on Thursday, Jodi Montgomery and Britney Spears’ doctors both agree that Jamie Spears should be replaced. The replacement would be CPA Jason Rubin, who Spears’ lawyer agrees would be a great choice. With the support of the doctors and Montgomery, this stance should really help Britney’s case.

In the court document, Montgomery states that “Jamie Spears should not continue to act as the Conservatee’s Conservator because his doing so is not in the best interest of [Britney Spears]” The document further notes that the “medical team agrees that it is not in the best interest of the Conservatee for Mr. Spears to remain Conservator.”

If her therapists and doctors confirm that Jamie Spears is harming Britney, then there’s a good shot the judge will remove him from the conservatorship. Having Spears’ medical team on board is a huge step in the right direction.
